Estimate maker
Four steps from the customer’s door to an estimate in their inbox.
Everything saves on this device as you type, so a refresh or a closed tab loses nothing. Nothing is uploaded.
The customer
A contact card is a .vcf file. On an iPhone, open the contact, tap Share Contact, then Save to Files, and pick it here. On a computer, export it from Contacts or drag it out of an email.
Notes optional
Photos optional
These photos are too big to keep on this device. They’ll be in the PDF, but not here after you close the page.
The job
Add a section for each stretch of lights wired back to the controller box, and Add a corner where one turns. Mark extra areas, like a pool enclosure or the back of the house, as an Optional add-on: the customer sees each one priced on its own.
What you need
The lights, the kit and extras to order, and where the power goes. Not on the customer’s estimate.

Using different lights?
The calculator starts on Chameleon lights. Change these only for other lights or a different power supply.
Price it
Every section uses this price unless you give it its own below — say $35 a foot for a pool enclosure, which takes more work. Installers typically charge $20–$30 a foot.
Extra charges optional
Discount optional
Comes off what the customer pays, never off your kit cost. Military & veteran adds “Thank you for your service.”

The email

The estimate shows the customer each area, its track color and its price — no per-foot rates, parts or kit costs. The install plan has no prices: power plan, parts, kits, crew notes and photos.
